Why do my pictures appear in the wrong orientation?

If you are using an iOS device and have selected the Lock your phone orientation icon to lock the phone into portrait mode, then the photos you capture will always appear in portrait, even if the phone is used on it's side. Check that the photo capture screen has the album name at the top of the screen to ensure you are capturing your photos in the right orientation.

Why can't I see the training videos?

You need login credentials to view the training videos, please check the email you received from verified when you subscribed. For now, these are different to your Verified user credentials.

How many photos can I upload?

There isn't a limit to the number of photos you can upload to verified, it all depends on the subscription plan you have selected. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For more inforamtion contact sales@verifiednet.com.

Can I get a free trial?

You can subscribe to verified and get access to our 14 day FREE trial. We won't bill your card and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Will Verified work for my Industry?

Does Verified integrate into other platforms?

How many photos can I take?

Verified doesn't limit the number of photos your device can take. We do offer different subscription plans that may have a limit on the number of photos you can use. If you reach your limit, you can increase your limit by upgrading your subscription at any time.

How can I scan a barcode?

When you are in the main camera screen, tap the round icon at the bottom of the screen that has the letter M inside it. You will see four positioning carets on the screen. Orientate your device to view the barcode within these boundaries and take a photo. The app will read the barcode and extract the numerical representation to become your photoset name. If the barcode is not recognised, the app will tell you and give you the option to create a new photoset with this number.

Will Verified work on a Blackberry device?

Verified has been written to work on Android and iOS platforms. We don't support Blackberry at this time.

I need to reset my password

Your system administraor has the ability to reset a user password. If you are a system administrator for your account and you need to reset your own password, pelase contact our support department at 250-585-2422 or email support@verifiednet.com.

How do I change my profile information?

Your account can be managed and edited through the Verified web app. Log in using your username and password at secure.verified.com and choose the Admin option from the main menu. On the admin screen, you can update your user credentials, change your password and add an avatar image if you like.

Why can't I create a Photoset?

Photosets can only be created by users that have admin permissions. Your system administrator can allocate permission for you to create a photoset if yuo don't have permission to do so. If you are set up as as user of Verified, niot an administrator, you can only select the Miscellaneous photoset, or choose from a pre-determinted set of photoset names.

What does Verified cost?

Verified is available for FREE by downloading the App from the app store and subscribing for a FREE trial on our website.

Verified is an Enterprise application meant for businesses. Our princing model is based on a tier system, with an entry level account available for just $9/month. How do I upload my photos?

Once you have taken photos through the Verified App, you can upload them to the cloud storage server by simply tapping the Cloud icon at the top of the Camera screen. A list of images that are waiting to be uploaded will be shown on the screen and you can start the upload process by clicking on the cloud icon in the blue bar at the bottom of the screen. As files are uploaded you will see an hourglass displayed to the right of the image name.

Please note: If your device shows Offline, it means that your network WiFi or cellular data has poor signal. Verified will automatically take you into offline mode when signal strength is weak to protect against corruption when your files are uploaded.

Will Verified work on my device?

Verified has been designed to work on popular mobile devices, including Apple and Android. We support iOS version 7 or above and Android 4.1.2 and above.
